Let me start by saying that im lost for words, when it come's to describing the building itself is unreal, and the lack of care of the patients that are unable to walk around in this facility the conditions of each individual room the windows, the walls some of tvs in some room not working properly, the smell of patients left soiled for the next shift to handle, its truly sad and unbelievable an utter failure of leadership and the system itself. How is this place still open? the quality of care is so low is concerning and to hear family members visiting their love ones raising their voices with concerns on how they have found their loves ones, at regalcare 25 oriol drive in worcester needs accountability in a massive scale all nurses took an oath to care and treat patients with respect love and compassion no matter the situation, and help those who can't help themselves and this place lacks those qualities. Again where's is the accountability ? Absolutely speechless!

My dad was admitted to the new rehab unit on the first floor after a surprise period of breathing troubles and a surprise hospitalization. To be honest, the facility wasn’t my first choice but the convenience of the location definitely helped. Dad was there for about 3 weeks. He had an exercise plan with the therapists there, which he liked. He had to meet with the lady that did breathing exercises with him. He was lucky and got a private room. Everything looks new, like brand new. To rate the details, I can say that I would give the food a 4-star rating, it is hospital food, but dad had choices and could change things up if he planned ahead. The staff are friendly and knew what dad liked and didn’t. They did try to make him happy even though he can be a grouch at times and a little stubborn. The team of nurses were actually impressive, and my favorite part. I read some of the other reviews online and had to double check if this was the right place dad just left from. The only thing that didn’t go as planned was that he was supposed to stay only 2 weeks which turned into 3, but I would rather be safe than have regrets after bringing him home. I can’t complain, since he is breathing much better now and he has good balance. He thinks before doing things and it kind of feels like he knows his strengths and has come to accept when he needs more help. I know it wont last forever but as for now he is doing really well.

My Dad stayed here in the dementia wing for a couple years before we were able to transfer him out before he passed. The staff were very friendly. Things would be stolen out of my dads room by his roommate or people from other rooms walking into his room. The floors in his room were always sticky and dirty. The place looks very run down in need of renovations. The entire time there they were never were willing to fix his TV. My aunt had to buy him a tv that worked and his remote would consistently go missing and was lost by the time he left.

I spent some time there a few weeks ago floor staff like the aids and nurses were pretty good, the physical therapist and nurse practitioner were the best part of the place. The food was ok but not enough usually late and almost always cold. Housekeeping was awful. No wifi. I don't know who exactly is in charge of insurance /social work but I was told a few different stories then they came to my room at 4 o'clock and told me I had one hour to get out they were not worried about my meds, one of the nurses asked me if I was leaving ama I told them what happened they made the calls to get me set with meds they wasn't even going to give me a Walker...did thought (second thought) sent me out to 25 Queen St a filthy shelter full of high/drunk people.I would not have been safe there. Gave me cab fair there but how you going to give a disabled woman 1 hour to pack up and go to the junkie spot??? I missed a few appointments because they said they would but did not set up transportation... If you have a choice don't send people you love there. The cherry on top they in such a rush to boot me out of there ended up giving me another person's paperwork so Floyd_ Jr I have a medical paper of your's HUGE HIPAA violation.

I dont know what to say. The staff are nice enough but they don't do what they're supposed to. My mother's been there for months waiting on physical therapy and hasn't received a single minute of it. Now no one there can watch TV cause apparently they don't pay their bills. Bottom line, don't send anyone you love to anywhere in worcester. It's nothing but a headache.
