My father has been a short-term care resident for the past month. I have been very pleased with his care thus far. The medical treatment has been excellent, the staff regularly communicate my father's progress and the CNA's are particularly warm and caring towards my father. And, both he AND his room are always clean! My father has been a resident of other area short-term rehab facilities, but Hillcrest has provided the best caring, comprehensive treatment thus far.
This is a fabulous place. It is clean and friendly...just a great place. Mr. TANAY is the best...I am glad my brother is in his care. Nurses are wonderful...especially Stephanie. I feel comfortable that my brother is here!
We’ve only been there for a day, but from the door we were greeted professionally and kind.
A Hardy good afternoon and a smile won me over. Quality customer service At any door goes along way.
My only complaint though is at entering the front driveway to the facility. It was very dark and difficult to see parking. After my visit with my loved one trying to exit onto the roadway from the entrance was even more Difficult. The lighting on the front ground is poor. I am 70 years old and I would imagine that any other Senior coming onto the grounds would appreciate better lighting. And handicap parking seem to be located at the darkest of areas.
LIGHTING-LIGHTING and more LIGHTING would have me feeling more welcomed.
The Admissions process went very well. Pam, in Admissions, was very helpful in assisting to get the paperwork in order fit my family member. I appreciated the assistance and would recommend Hillcrest in the future!♥️
