"I was in for the 1st time at this facility after transferring care from a previous pain management group for a cervical epidural for chronic neck, shoulder, back and neuropathy pain. In addition, constant headaches. The facility was great, staff was great but I spoke to the anesthesiologist about an issue I have with mild sedation. Telling him and the nurse anesthetist that I typically feel any needles injected and could they just give me a slight bit more so I don't feel the needles going in to my neck and spine. Sadly to say I felt the entire procedure and even yelled out while needles were being injected. Dr. Rinnier told the nurse to give me more medication during the procedure but it was to late. I had already felt the pain. I truly believe that doctors should listen to the patient who knows their own bodies and their own medical reactions. I would go back there but only if the doctors are willing to listen to me and read my history about sedation. I have enough pain and don't need to be put through more. "
