"They should call this place Spine Team Reschedule! Over and over again, reschedule after reschedule! Once again this morning I get a call that cancels my upcoming appointment. Every time there is a reschedule it pushes resolution of my back issue out another 2-3 weeks. They have been doing this since December. I should have quit them then, unfortunately I'm into this far enough now that starting over again with someone else would be excruciating. It's no big deal to them to cancel and reschedule, we're just a number, a date/time and an insurance check to them. We have to rearrange our schedules, our lives every time this happens. And, get nothing but lip service "I'm so sorry." Hopefully by this time next year I'll have this resolved somehow. But the way this is going now, I doubt it."
