We are so thankful for our experience with the Reserve Memory Care unit! It honestly was a blessing from heaven that we got in and could have a warm and happy place for my dad’s last months. From the cleanliness to the dedicated loving staff, the yummy food and the planned activities, we felt right at home from day one. We are so thankful!!!

We recently made the decision to move our parents to The Reserve, and while they were initially hesitant about leaving their longtime home, it’s been such a positive experience for them. They’ve truly settled in beautifully and are now very happy with their new apartment.

The facility itself is absolutely gorgeous, almost like a central Texas spa! It’s well-designed and offers numerous amenities that cater to both comfort and wellness. Every day brings something new with a full schedule of activities, and the on-site Physical Therapy (PT) and Occupational Therapy (OT) services are a huge plus.

But what really sets The Reserve apart is the exceptional staff and care team. From the front office staff to the caregivers, everyone has been so accommodating and professional. The nurses, in particular, have been incredibly kind and attentive in checking on our parents regularly, which has given us so much peace of mind.

Overall, we couldn't be happier with our choice. The level of care, comfort, and attention to detail here has truly made a difference for our family.

We moved my dad into Memory Care late December after caring for him at home became too difficult. It was an extremely difficult decision for us. He was well-cared for there and beyond that, loved by the incredible staff members. We visited almost every day and I can't tell you how many times I observed the staff telling the patients that they loved them. My dad passed after six months and the nursing staff did all the coordination for hospice care for us. The entire staff (from the reception to the Med Techs to the caregivers) truly cared for us and for him as he was dying. We were truly grateful for their support and love during the heart breaking end of Alzheimer's disease.

My mom and I had a wonderful experience at The Reserve! She was initially drawn in by the opportunity to have her own apartment with her own furniture that made it feel more like home (with an amazing view and great sunlight, too!) and the delicious food. But she was quickly won over by the array of activities, the opportunities for laughter and community building, and the people. The other residents were friendly and soon became her new friends. Caregivers and staff members knew her by name and they got to know me as well. She was supported and treated with dignity and respect and I felt so confident with her in the care of everyone at The Reserve. In her final days, the kindness extended to me by everyone there (from caregivers to staff members to her friends) was really remarkable. I'm so glad that my mom's final chapter was spent in this warm community.
