The Bristal at East Meadow

My mom is 91 and has macular degeneration. She is fully independent but was finding it hard to make herself meals. She entered The Bristal in October with great trepidation. Gina and all the staff were unbelievable and made her feel so comfortable and welcome. She thoroughly enjoys her meals and conversation with her dinner mates. She feels safe and loved.

My Name is Greg and my mother Joan just passed. She loved her two short years here. She loved everything about it , most of the caregivers, the meals and things to do. I wish she was able to go back there now. She had a wonderful apartment. It was expensive yes, but understandable when you are at an Assisted Living facility. The Community Dir Gina was top notch as was the Exec Director Debra. Everyone even knew me, which I thought was a nice bonus of sorts. A++++ Facility

The Bristal East Meadow is a five star across the board assisted living! So many helpful, friendly staff members work here, and the food is top notch. There are so many activities to keep the residents engaged and entertained.

My mother moved into the Bristal-East Meadow in March 2018. Within a very short time, her spirit and overall well-being improved dramatically. She embraced this change and adapted quickly as the environment is warm and friendly. The staff, at all levels, are well-trained specialists who are laser-focused on the quality of life for the residents and conduct themselves with kindness and understanding at all times. They partnered with my family to understand my mother’s needs and preferences. My siblings and I and are very grateful for the lifestyle the Bristal-East Meadow offers and for my mother’s happiness during her senior years.

My Dad has been at the Bristal in East Meadow for about a year (during the pandemic). I cannot say enough how smoothly and efficiently the move was. My siblings and I were a little apprehensive at first about how he would handle living in an assisted living facility. The staff were very attentive to his needs from minute one. He has made many friends and is constantly engaged. We're happy because he's happy and thriving. Abdul and Gina have been a delight to work with and have been so accommodating. Can't say enough amazing things about the rest of the staff. Highly recommend!!
