"Park Senior Villa's in Goodyear. I would investigate them, their staff through Oversight agencies. They had left Direct Care residents alone at night, lack CPR certifications, missing Fingerprint cards, Medication mismanagement, forged signatures for residents on careplan's. They claim to support independence but rather than support, they leave loved ones on their own to care for themselves. They are not interested in your family member, they are interested in profits to the tune of 22.1 Million last year. My mother was left in her own funk without clean clothing for over a month. No assistance with hygiene, bathing, or even cutting up food. This place is really bad. Looks good with all the social media photos of seniors having fun because they are so starved for attention when they do have an activity everyone looks happy to just be paid attention to. RUN "

"Not enough staff members to assist residents. One worker to assist nine residents. Activities are listed for the weekends, but no staff is available to take residents to another house for events. Poor management. The management is only concerned about profit margins, not patients, so they purposely only hire one staff member to work each house on weekends."
