Brightview Great Falls

My mother and father spent a month at this facility after a car accident. They needed help and could not return home, and the staff here was amazing from our very first interaction through checkout. Before they arrived, the team thoughtfully prepared a comfortable shared room with a small den, decorating it tastefully and stocking it with some basic essentials. Then, one by one, staff members stopped by to welcome them and introduce themselves — a gesture that made a big difference. I spent many hours visiting and enjoyed several tasty, well-prepared meals with my parents. The staff was always warm, attentive, and professional. Most importantly, my parents were able to rest and recover in a peaceful environment. I would highly recommend this facility and its wonderful team!

Review of Brightview Great Falls Senior Living When my parents needed a place to age gracefully after staying with us for over two years, we began our search for the perfect senior living facility. Many of the places we visited were quite large and somewhat confusing, with separate areas for assisted and independent living, which made my parents feel isolated and "less than." Then we discovered Brightview Great Falls. It was just the right size—large enough to offer engaging activities and social opportunities, yet small enough to feel intimate and cozy. Six months into their stay, we couldn’t be more pleased with our choice. The care they receive is my top priority, and I am confident that any medical issues are promptly addressed. Secondly, the facility's cleanliness is impeccable, which is crucial to me; even the bathrooms, which can quickly become messy, are consistently spotless. My third major concern was the staff, and they have exceeded my expectations. They are communicative, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to their roles. I’ve even formed genuine friendships with several staff members who are truly caring individuals. Is everything perfect? No, no place is. But any issues that arise are taken seriously and handled swiftly. Knowing what I know now, I would choose Brightview Great Falls all over again. My mom moved in a few weeks ago and I’m happy to say so far this place has been great. The staff is so caring, happy and friendly. We have had a number of visitors come see my mom since she is just getting settled, and everyone is impressed with the staff. Food is quite good overall and my mom loves the way the staff already know her preferences. As soon as you walk in, there is a cozy feel to the place as it is not a big place where someone would get lost. We love how she is well taken care of and the nurse practitioner visits her here every week. She has PT sessions here too and her health has improved a lot since she moved here as she was recovering from a health setback. She even gets her hair done on site regularly. I like how the staff asks about her interests and they will sometimes remind her of activities she might be interested in. I had no idea my mom would be willing to attend and enjoy dog therapy! My mom speaks Chinese with limited English so the only thing that would make it better is if more Chinese speakers moved in. If you are considering assisted living, definitely come to visit BrightView Great Falls.

had a few new aides today. they seemed to be happy and actually fed a few clients. best I can say publicly. but will add the priest or whatever, I hope is not being paid by BV. his "jokes" are unacceptable and does not speak to individuals and only gives communion wafers to his favorites, not all that wanted. he oversteps one every time. very rude.

I visited this community for my parents and it was beautiful and professional. Everyone I met was kind, accommodating, and extremely professional. The apartments I viewed were beautifully staged and more square footage than I had originally anticipated. Not only was the staff wonderful and helpful the location was perfect for my parents to settle down in with plenty of activities and as an added bonus, delicious coffee available for everyone.
