"I second everything that the person above stated. Documentation is basically non existent. Client care is a joke. I never even saw the” behavior team” There is no structure, the clinical directors certification has been expired. He gets groceries when he wants and will withhold toliet paper from staff and clients because “we use to much “ the house is falling apart , filthy and unsanitary. Roaches are almost as big as the clients. It is deathly hot In the home with two fans only. When I was hired during Covid no PPE procedures were implemented. I was told to read the Covid training and I asked Bryce , had he read it and he said he didn’t believe in it and no he had not. Well , two staff And a client contracted the virus and when the first staff contracted and was in hospital , he was upset that he has to cover shifts somehow. Her whole family died from COVID and he told me that I was to never speak of her again that if the clients ask to redirect it She worked for him and clients for 3 years. Bryce changes another clients meds Six times I’m a four week period. No doctors order , no consultation from doctor. Client flipped out literally broke everything not bolted down. Beat up two staff and a two sentence ABC log was all we were allowed to document. Bryce bribes clients and makes promises then walks out the door. Leaving is with the job of “redirecting “ He expects miracles and gives no help guidance or constructive criticism. Bryce violates hippa on a constant basis., he holds zoom meetings on from of all the clients. There is so much more to report but that will "

"My observation of Care first is If you want your family member/child/client to learn to be more independent this is one of the worst possible homes to live in. They enable bad behavior and treat their staff like slaves instead of people there to assist in their living. Then they're treated like they know nothing when they speak up for themselves to BENEFIT the client. They do no favors to help the clients achieve any goals in their life. They only give them things to push a behavior down till the next person has to deal with it. They have a high turn over rate for good hard working staff because they mistreat staff so bad that legitimately care and want to make a difference in these clients lives, but there's no discipline to help shape them into living like adults & no help or structure for bad behaviors. Just child like charts and dismissing staffs concerns about their learned bad behaviors. (Give in to the tantrums and they learn that they can threaten to kill the staff and get aggressive and get whatever they want.) "
