New Life Personal Care Home

There are not enough adjectives in the English language to describe just how wonderful the personal care is at New Life Personal Care Home. We have had two of our aunts cared for and loved at this hospice facility. Florence is our “Earth Angel”. She is lovingly attentive to her residents and their families! We chose this Care Home specifically because of Florence. She is a strong Christian Woman, always welcoming anyone/everyone that comes through her doors. She takes care of their every need and goes out of her way to make sure they get special items that they want. Florence provides exceptional care and love for every one of her residents with a huge smile and giant loving heart. We are so blessed to have found Florence who has this special calling. We have checked out several hospice facilities and, for us, there is nothing that compares to the overflowing qualities provided by Florence at New Life Personal Care Home.

Mom stayed 10 days at New Life for her hospice care. Florence was very professional and caring, always communicating through video calls and text messages how Mom was doing. Mom was happy and we are so grateful for Florence's services and for Trinity Hospice recommending her.

New Life isn't just for your loved one, it's a sense of peace for you. When you walk in the cleanliness from every angle of the home was spotless. Meeting Ms. Florence for the first time, I was welcomed with open arms of comfort, peace and understanding for my mom. Now, my mom stay with New Life, her initial drop off was welcomed with welcoming arms, food for dinner and a loving spirit from Ms. Florence. My mom stay was amazing. Her drop off was a total ease of delight. I received updates on how she was doing to reassure me, mom was going to be fine and with that I can say, she was extremely taken care off. When I picked mom up, she was happy to see me, but looked like why I'm leaving, with a grin. Her luggage, clothes and belongings were neatly repacked in her suitcase and everything that was left with her. My sister stayed with Florence for her hospice care and I told her that if I were in need of a personal care home I would want it to be there with her. The house is like a home with a good friend. It isn’t like a larger facility. Florence is always there. She knows everything that’s going on with the patient and would go to the store and get groceries that she knew my sister would like. She was very caring and uplifting- always positive and pleasant with a smile on her face. She communicated well with me and the family and we were welcome whenever we stopped by. My mother in law stayed with Florence at New Life Home from August 2023 until she passed away in February 2024. We were very pleased with Florence and the care she received here. No place is perfect ... even if our mother in law stayed with US, it would not be perfect. But the care given, love shared, and atmosphere provided at New Life PCH was far more than we could have anticipated. There are horrible options out there when it comes to elder care (or lack thereof), and we have experienced some of that as well! But Florence was great! Combined with Trinity Hospice Services, my mother in law had fantastic care in her final months on earth.
