Welcome to Cedar Heights! My name is Emmanuel Mot, and I am the administrator of this Adult Family Home. As an Adult Family Home, we specialize in Dementia and Mental Health care. I have years of experience in various fields in healthcare and management, and have worked as a CNA, Pharmacy Technician, and as a resident manager in other AFHs. For the past 3 years I have owned and operated two separate Adult Family Homes. As you drive down Seattle Hill Road, and enjoy the splendid year-round view of the Cascades and the Snohomish valley in the horizon, you will find our property tucked away in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. The home is situated at a convenient crossroads between Snohomish, Mill Creek, Everett, and many other nearby cities. In addition to a beautiful interior, we also have a gorgeous exterior with various outdoor amenities that allow the residents to appreciate the outdoors whenever they desire. The sights and sounds of dozens upon dozens of bird species visiting the home are also a year-round treat. Our purpose and goals are to make our residents feel at home and be healthy. We put the “family” in Adult Family Home, and we do this by providing a cozy, beautiful, and familiar environment. We are friendly, kind, and understanding to the needs of our residents. We provide fresh home cooked meals and we encourage activities, games, and socialization. Our past work experience ensures efficient and accurate communication with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and therapists, and the rest of the healthcare network.
