Worst clinic ever, they would ask you to come 15 minuets early and would keep you waiting for another hour and half. Very disrespectful personnel. The management don’t care because they still have below 3 ratings. Government should look into these kind things f so called health care providers, who are du
Extremely disappointed with this clinic and Dr. Arlyn Marrero Nasirov. I’ve been trying for over six months to get a referral to an endocrinologist for my children, who are suffering from Addison’s disease—a very serious and urgent condition. Despite Dr. Marrero Nasirov being fully aware of their situation, there has been no progress or support. To make matters worse, the nurse, Rukhsar, shows no initiative. She didn’t even prepare the scale to weigh the children and asked me to do it instead. This place clearly lacks compassion and professionalism. It’s been a complete waste of time and energy.
I usually go here when my son is sick and can't see his normal doctor. If you come right when the urgent Care opens 6:00am you'll be seen very fast , the hours are confusing because this is a urgent Care and a normal doctor office in the same place they share the lobby . So the doctor office side opens at 8:00 am.
I was in here earlier this week and it’s the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. I waited for 4 hours and I was told the doctor would be in at 5. She didn’t show up until 6:45. I went in for a really bad tonsil infection and all she did was shine a flashlight in my throat for a few seconds and say I need antibiotics. She didn’t check my tempt or feel how swollen the outside of my throat is or anything. Then she tried to prescribe me the medication I said I was allergic to. Worst experience ever but the nurse and front desk woman were very sweet.
Most of the time it's good service but, to have your urgent care registration closed for almost 2 hours because the other shift isn't there yet, is unacceptable. I went in for sciatic nerve pain and was told I have to wait for almost 2 hours until registration opens up again. Like, sitting on hard seats on an inflamed nerve is going to help me feel any better. It's not, it'll just inflame it even more. Do better.
