I usually do not write reviews nor have I ever experienced issues at this clinic before but this time was different. My son had a dentist appointment for a routine checkup and everything was normal, the older hispanic dental assistant on 09/07/25 who called my son lead us to the X-rays and began to proceed with the imaging which went fine at first until my son started gagging. I could hear and see that he was gagging and taking the bite wing out and each time she had to walk back to put it back in his mouth her tone became more aggressive with him , I observed but let her do her thing because I understand imaging is necessary although I did not like the way she was talking to my son. After many attempts she called me over and I offer to help her with this by holding it which cannot be done (understandable) and she continued to talk aggressively saying he needs to stop opening his mouth (which he was only doing because he was gagging) you cannot stop someone from gagging because I have experienced this before, i was willing to help out in any way possible (I could’ve clicked the mouse as soon as she put the wing in and walked away) but her only solution was for him to stop gagging so I realized this and told her to skip the imaging and she agreed with an attitude. I then looked at the after visit summary and they claimed my child was “combative” “did not cooperate” which is completely false and ridiculous , HE HAD A GAG REFLEX and instead of finding a solution they decided to just make a referral. Just giving you a heads up in case your child has a gag reflex, the staff should of been open to different solutions or ways instead of forcing him to not gag (not possible lol)

I would avoid Dr Nosheen Khan at ALL COSTS !! ( I found her worst of the worst - I even suspect she has NO medical knowledge or very little knowledge & NO medical degree - I hope someone checks her credential and VERIFIES it - I doubt she has any degree - i found her EXTREMELY incompetent and dishonest and unethical also - that is very rare combination hence it make me rank her the WORST Doctor in my opinion) I would not even give her one star ( but unfortunately there is no Zero star) In my opinion if i want my condition to get WORST then I would go to her - she is LAWSUIT waiting to happen - I rate her / in my opinion EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE ! ( if someone from Hospital wants more specific details then please paste below and i will be happy to call / email them)

Do NOT allow DR Godwin Okungbowa to be ur doctor. He does not care about what you have to say: he will not listen to you what YOU are feeling he will only READ a report to you. He was literally shouting over my husband like a child saying I’m only reading the report I’m reading the report as my husband was begging him to LISTEN to ME LISTEN to what ME the PATIENT is telling you stop mentioning the report and please LISTEN to me and MY Symptoms, once he said that he said he can’t help us and he will have his director call us to help. He wanted us to let him read a report to us, and rush off to the next appointment (mind you we waited over a MONTH for this appointment) but because we disagreed and wanted to discuss further, he was upset and just wanted to end the call. A real doctor should care about what their patients have to say LISTEN more to what WE are experiencing.

All I have to say is I love my PCP Lauren Meyer and give her a five-star rating I would give her more if I could thank you Lauren for all your professional help you're absolutely wonderful 😻🙀

The front office staff are amazing, friendly and kind. The hygienist and every dentist we have seen have been absolutely wonderful, very professional and have treated my daughter 14yrs with respect and care helping her get her teeth ready for braces. Love this place and I highly recommend this as a good choice for children's dental care. Thank you to the entire staff for all that you do!!
