Called today Tuesday, April 1st and requested an appointment with a primary care provider. They are booked through May. Requested an obgyn appointment and they asked if I had a preference for a doctor and I said female. They said if I do not consent to being seen by both male and female doctors then I cannot receive care and they will not schedule appointments for me. Hesitantly consented hoping I’d still get a female doctor and to continue booking the appointment they asked me for income. I asked if they still needed that even though I have insurance and they said yes. Alarming as no other clinic have asked me that just to make an appointment or at the first call. So many more red flags! After the poor customer service and long call just to make an appointment I decided to cancel my appointment as I will be changing my provider instead.

I’ve never met a Doctor like Dr. Rodgers. He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. He explains everything thoroughly, making sure you have a clear understanding of all of your options. I really appreciate that he took the time to answer all of my questions and did not rush the appointment. He earned my trust with his transparency. I wish more Doctors were as attentive as Dr. Rodgers. The facility was very clean. Thank you!

I try to get my tube tied, already done with the consultation, sign the consent form, they told me wait for two weeks for the referral’s approval (which is lie) two weeks pass I called they told me the waiting is up to six months cause they backed up from the Covid, so I try to be understand and be patient, now six months pass didn’t receive any call yet, so I called and follow up again.. This time they told me I have to call my insurance because have not yet approve my referral, so I called and come to find out that they never sent any referral to my insurance, and my insurance asked them to give me an explanation why there are doing this, they have no words to say the doctor is busy excuses.. They called me called me back and says I promised that we will send out the papers we do apologize and you will be get you soon as possible (another lies)… So long story short, they send me letter that they are waiting for a available room at hospital for surgery so that they can send the referral, that’s not what they were saying before I sign the consent form.. I want to know why do you lie to a patient? I’ve been patiently wait almost a year now this is Pissing me off I will never recommend this OB because they don’t do there works correctly. I understand that sometime mistakes happen but you don’t lie, I always called and follow up few times always gave me the same excuse If I didn’t called I would never no why I wait this long cause they never call me and let know what’s wrong…

Been taking my Daughter here for years now, with no problems. She gets a Depo shot every 3 months to bypass periods due to her bleeding disorder. She likes her Dr. They redid the waiting room, and it looks ugly now. Like a prison lobby or something. Very unwelcoming. But other than that, no complaints so far.

The best OBGYN was in this clinic "Doctor Conrad". She did 3 of my C-section and she was great. She saw me for all my pregnancies. My youngest is 8 years old now and I still come here to get checked when I need to see the OB. No issues on my end. The staff is friendly. Long wait, but that's normal.
