My name is Bahram Bill Jilla. I was under the care of Demetrius who was very knowledgeable, courteous, and a good instructor for my physical therapy. We feel he’s a true asset to Center Well home health.

Very disappointed with Centerwell. They do not have enough therapists. They don’t give you a schedule for the week so you can book other appointments with doctors etc. They call the day before the appointment That is not very accommodating for the patient. If you can’t do that appointment you usually skip the session. There was really only one very good therapist who did occupational therapy. Only one of the physical therapists was good but she barely came. Some other therapist came instead and she was awful. Again extremely disappointed with the care I received. Centerwell often hires people who don’t have the knowledge to help. Overall I did not get the help I needed from the company. Both my husband and I spoke to the company and all they could say was. “I’m sorry.” They couldn’t correct the problems. Would never recommend this company

These ppl were all fantastic!! From the girls who answered the phones to the nurses, physical therapists and follow up phone calls Terrific service. Would definitely recommend them. They took care of billing husband's insurance. Medicare and Aetna. Super duper service from all angles thank you CenterWell John C

The degree of care was mostly good there were two or three times that I had to get a clear understanding of the services I wanted but overall I believe they had my treatment and care to the utmost at heart so thank you for services.

All of the nurses were kind, compassionate and professional. Rita was wonderful making helpful and encouraging suggestions to help with my continued healing. Thank you to all of the staff that provided care.
