Our agency takes pride in making a difference in not only the lives of the individuals and families we serve, but with our employees. Our client base are those individuals with 'different abilities'. Our employees select the individuals they might like to work with by matching common interests. Our employees have the ability to schedule themselves and receive an hourly pay, along with admissions paid to the zoo, movies, bowling, amusement parks, etc. and mileage. We are an agency provider with the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities. The services we are providing include community integration (companionship to movies, bowling, amusement parks, grocery store, etc), teaching someone how to cook, how to budget their money, schedule appointments and teaching independent living skills. Our individuals usually have no 'behaviors' and the employees enjoy spending their time, having fun and MAKING A TRUE DIFFERENCE in someone's life. The ONLY job where someone is genuinely happy to see you come thru the door!
