Great Home Health Agency!! The staff is very professional and ethical!!!! I have known several patients that have received services through this agency and they all have good things to say. If I were to have someone in my family needing home health i would certainly request this agency. The administration team is very responsible and they are reachable at any time. These people work a lot in order to provide the best possible services.

As our parents get older, we are faced with the harsh reality that they are no longer independent and that taking care of them is a big responsibility. With that said, taking care of my mother was overwhelming until I came across Home Health Services of Broward. They have been so helpful and provided me with much guidance and the help that I needed to take care of my mother. Their staff is extremely responsible and trustworthy. Furthermore, every time I have a question all I have to do is pick up the phone and call...they always answer and always provide me with the best solution. We don''t feel like another number, we feel like family because they treat us like one. Home Heath Services of Broward feels like that big brother or sister that is looking out for you.

Taking care of my mother-in-law is a careful and difficult journey (due to her difficult illness and age) that requires a lot of support and experience which I was only able to find it from Home Health Services of Broward. They are very responsive, always available, and always able to answer my questions and provide the professional support.

Horrible customer service, lack of patient care. COMPLETE PATIENT NEGLET! Do not answer phone calls, they blame others as opposed to taking charge of the situation. Left messages and emails to administration and no reply. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOME HEALTH. No one has checked or changed my husbands surgical incision since 9/5/19 today is 9/9/19. Today when WE called (9/9/19 12:11pm) they said they have chosen not to take care of him, yet NO ONE called to let us know. As per the insurance company they were not aware of this since they had given them 2 emergency visits on 9/6/19 to come see him. At least I can defend my husband and he can defend himself, scared to know what happens to the elderly patients that have no voice!

Terrible. Please use another agency. Nurse is unprofessional and comes at random times. Gives excuses. And she skipped a day of IV medication for my mother because she says she was exhausted. Terrible agency. I wish I could give zero stars!!
