"1 star is for the nurse Vanessa and the PT who came to see us. Removed 4 stars for Jenny. Closed our case multiple times without any indication. Super unprofessional on the phone. Why is she working there? She obviously hates her job. When we told our insurance about this provider, they said well good riddance…it sounds like they don’t want to be nurses anyway. I hope others look at these reviews and avoid this provider like a plague. Or maybe Unison can remove the case worker Jenny from her position and put her behinds the scenes where she doesn’t have to deal with patients and their families. Keep her away from us. I don’t want her to lose her job but find her something else she’s good at?"
