Kindness Care Home Health
Kindness Care Home Health is a Medicare-certified home health agency serving Santa Ana, California and surrounding areas. A Medicare-certified home health agency provides skilled nursing services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, medical social services, and home health aide services to patients in their homes.
Medicare covers home health services for patients who are homebound and require skilled nursing care or therapy services on an intermittent basis. A physician must certify that the patient needs home health care and establish a plan of care.
Home health agencies are certified by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and must meet federal Conditions of Participation. These requirements ensure that agencies provide quality care, maintain proper documentation, and protect patient rights.
Medicare beneficiaries pay no cost for covered home health services when provided by a Medicare-certified agency. For more information about home health benefits, visit Medicare.gov. Compare home health agency ratings at Medicare Care Compare.
Quality ratings and agency data are updated periodically by CMS. We recommend verifying current information at Medicare Care Compare.

My father was supposed to receive home health services (nurse visits and PT) from this agency. My father had been transferred to an Assisted Living facility from the Skilled Nursing Facility after a devastating heart attack so getting services in place were of the utmost importance. They had reportedly left messages at his old home phone number (which of course he doesn't have access to). I attempted to call the agency multiple times to follow-up and when I finally reached someone, that person told me that he wasn't on their list. I attempted to trace the steps back to see where the glitch occurred. The skilled nursing facility reported that the referral was sent to this facility. The insurance confirmed. I called the agency back and they now report that the referral has now expired since it had been over a month. When I expressed my frustration at that point, the staff member got very snippy with me indicating that they did their part by leaving 4 messages at his home phone number, not understanding that he resides in the assisted living facility therefore wouldn't have received those messages. I repeatedly left messages for the supervisor and owner and did not receive a call back. The unprofessionalism is beyond my understanding. I don't recommend this agency.
My wife was supposed to have 8 sessions with a therapist at home and she had 7 and a visit from the therapist supervisor and she was approved by our medical group to get 8 more sessions and got a phone call from them saying they were not going to give her any more because she had been discharged and could never find out who discharged her and the lady at the office that I was talking to hung up on me. The therapist was great and the supervisor was great but the office staff is not.
In regards to fletcher creel that is not 100% accurate .. Offices must explain In depth as to why they can't continue any type of care . In your case it sounds like you didn't perceive the message clearly and u provoked the personally. Home health are classified as intermittent meaning NOT LONG TERM so the referring physicians will submit Auth not knowing Medicare guidelines. It is a necessity or conveyance? They need Out patient rehab ..after sessions are completed and patient is discharged by the physical therapist .. so u should know there name
My experience with this company was good! The home healthcare nurse (Miracle) was professional and personal made me feel like we were long time friends. I recommend that you ask for her she's the best, she really cares for her patients and always calls back when you need her assistance even on her days off.
Kindness care Home health has been providing home care for my father for over a year. Milagros his nurse has been a gem, providing treatment for multiple issues dad is having including care for open wounds and feeding tube maintenance.
