I have a couple of elderly family members and also a sister that have used some of these areas of services. The PT and OT have been great as all the other reviews have commented as well. But today we had an incident with a nurse that came out to see a family member and has also been coming out to see another family member. This nurse was rude, dramatic, totally out of control and in JMO not someone I feel comfortable with caring for my family members. She spoke about my mom’s medical condition today in front of several people (HIPPA violation) not knowing there was a camera recording in the house and a couple of witnesses. There are several other things this nurse has done at my elderly family members house that will be addressed with higher up very soon.
All my therapists were understanding of my needs and took me through exercises to correct my problems. They were thorough and easy to work with. It was much easier for me since they were friendly as well as helpful. They always kept appointments on time. If needed, I would be happy to have the same therapist again.
They helped me so much with my recovery and gave me a wonderful path of daily exercise which will get me better than ever. Sara and David are great! People will have a pleasant and professional time.
The therapists were excellent and I enjoyed my sessions with them as well as could be they could be slave drivers and make you do the work but it's for your benefit I enjoyed them the very professional and very person friendly.
Those the OT and PT’s are very knowledgeable. They work with me well and are very patient because I’m a slow learner, but I’m getting benefit from them coming out and taking care of me and I do appreciate it very much!
