We at Coach Transportation do a great job at providing transportation for Medicaid clients and private pay clients. If you need to get some place like a doctors appointment and have Medicaid give us a call to get scheduled for a ride. We cover Pueblo,Colorado Springs,Denver and more. Have a great day!
Talked with managment today and they had no issues changing out caregivers there have been a few issue's not with management they have been great and fast at fixing any problems. I give a 5 star because they fixed the issue at hand but they also need to understand on disability we have money only at beginning of the months and errands will be more at the end of the months there would be no errands to run. Because the lack of money. And being I dont walk well it takes me 3 to 4 hours to run 1 errand. So it's something we depend on during the first week sometimes into the second week. I prefer to do my own shopping I don't like giving people my bank cards. Now my first caregiver was great . I'm OCD so my home is spotless all the time. And she always maintained it perfectly . hope to get another like she was called when she ran late checked up on me to make sure I didn't need anything and went above and beyond to help me when needed . I give reviews regularly some bad some good if issue is changed or fixed I go back and review them again so don't take reviews at face value they will always change.
TOTALLY agree with Mark Brown. Coach staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND are BULLIES especially Cheyenne. Case-in-point. I texted Cheyenne that I wanted an exit interview with Christel, the owner. Three days went by and no word from Cheyenne about the interview. so I texted her again. Her response "it will be with me, Cheyenne" I told her for the second time I wanted the interview with Christel , you are not the owner and that I will contact Christel directly. Besides, YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM. She then responded "our company policy is to do the interview with director of care services, Teresa or myself, administrator. He or I will get in touch with you after that". QUESTION: why did Cheyenne not tell me this the first time I asked for an interview with Christel. A meeting was set up with myself, christel, Teresa and Cheyenne. I arrived for the meeting on time and informed the receptionist. The receptionist told me to have a seat. Almost 15 minutes passed and no one acknowledged me(they blew me of) regarding the meeting. So I informed the receptionist that I was leaving and that I will express my issues with Coach staff on the web site. NO ONE bothered to contact me with a voice mail or text message explaining why the interview did not take place. ---THEY BLEW ME OFF- Issue 1 I gave Cheyenne a day and a half notice that I would only be able to see a client for an hour and a half vs 3 hours because I have an appointment. I gave her time to find a replacement or to reschedule for another day Her response " unfortunately you accepted the shift so that is what you need to work". I told her that I can't work the entire shift and besides this client has gone several weeks without a caregiver on this particular day. She told me I had to come into the office, fill out a form, and we need a doc note. I told her my appointment is not with a doc. A few hours later Cheyenne texts me and says client is okay with 1 and one half hours. I replied, I knew she would be. Then a few hours after this text, Cheyenne texts me and says the client cancelled because she is going shopping with her son. I told Cheyenne, "it was no big deal after all" Issue 2 Coach staff failed to inform me that my client is no longer on services. I was informed the day I went to client's house-- as a result I spent my time and gas money for nothing. Her response, "we cannot always "no" everything ahead of time Issue 3 I had a client who cancelled two of her visits without letting anyone know. Again, as a result, I am SOL with time and gas. Coach staff, when they are in dire need for someone to take over a shift , will offer money gift cards to do a shift. However, they will not compensate a caregiver when they show up for their shift and there is no client. Teresa informed me that Medicaid will not pay for an hour time when you show up to your client and they are not there. My other company that takes Medicaid does compensate a caregiver for an hour time when one shows up on a scheduled visit and the client is not there. WHO CAN WE BELIEVE? Issue 4 ALL of my clients have complained that whenever they leave MESSAGES for Cheyenne to call them back, SHE NEVER gets back with them. Also when staff made appointments to visit my clients, STAFF NEVER shows up nor does STAFF call my clients to inform them they will not be able to meet the appointment.. Some of my clients have complained about the quality of care that they are NOT RECEIVING--inept housekeeping and caregivers never showing up for work and caregivder complaining about the caregiver's children. I have instructed them to contact Christel the owner because Cheyenne is delinquent in responding to my clients. One of my clients have changed companies, the second client will change company when she gets back on Medicaid and the third client stated she will give Coach one more chance and if they fail, she will switch over to another company.
Have had some miscommunication but my caregiver Lisa J is the best- always making sure that everything is taken care of. If she cant come to work we reschedule. She is the best.
Driving on the highway had a van from this company behind me riding way too close and flashing their brights at me, when they had the chance they cut over before I could safely change lanes and was greeted with the middle finger. Will be sure to never use this company ever.
