Home Care Aide (HCA) Job Description
The Coach Home Care is founded on the principle that “Your Home is our Heart.” We lovingly provide homemaking and personal care services so our clients may thrive while still living in their own home. Due to physical, mental, or emotional circumstances, our clients are in need of help with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). It is our job and passion to keep our clients safe and healthy.

Requirements
· Valid Driver’s License
· Dependable Vehicle
· Minimum of 18 years old
· MUST BE FLU AND COVID VACCINATED

As a caregiver at The Coach Home Care, your job is to improve the quality of life of our clients while helping them with their daily functioning.
Some caregiver duties may include the following:
Housekeeping – Keep their homes tidy and neat
Laundry – Either in home/facility or in community
Meal preparation – Prepping snacks and meals
Errands – Grocery shopping, medication pick-up, paying bills
Skin care – Cleansing and lotion application
Ambulation assistance – Assistance with client’s walking in home and community
Bathing and Dressing assistance – Helping client in to and out of the bathroom along with dressing
Toileting assistance
Transferring assistance – Helping client move from bed to wheelchair
Medication reminding – Reminding client to take their medications
A Multitude of 2-5 hour shifts available NOW. Occasional 12 Hr Shifts, overnights, and/or 24 hour shifts all available!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour'
