EVERYONE there has been kind and friendly as well as well. I have been matched with a kind and helpful. She is hard working, intuitive, curious,and intelligent. It is like having my little sister or niece. I look forward to seeing her EVERY day she is scheduled. Miranda is a daily ray of sunshine even when it rains. PLEASE DON'T TAKE HER AWAY FROM ME. Thank you for all your help and support. Miranda is someone who is a person that I can lean on literally . She has connected with me by being open and honest. Apollo Home Care Services has been an excellent partner and advocate for my Mom's care over the last two years. They continue to put my Mom's needs at the center of her care and have made it possible for my Mom to live her best life. They are interactive and continually adapt to my Mom's changing needs. Apollo Home Care Services is a wonderful agency. They have been providing in home services for me for a few years. My current care giver through Apollo, comes to my home during the week and is just amazing. If my care giver calls out, Apollo will ask me if I need someone to fill in for the day. There is great communication between Apollo, me, my care giver, and my case management agency. They are a very important part of my care team. Whenever I have a question about my care, I am able to talk with the staff that handles the client care services. If they are not available when I call, they get back to me very quickly. I have also been given the opportunity to talk directly with the owner, who takes the time that is necessary to make sure I understand everything about my care services. He is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He walks the talk! The staff at the office are also so caring and patient, and are in regular contact with me. My Birthday was just last week, and I got a personal call from the staff, wishing me a happy Birthday, and while I was on the phone I could hear many others calling out Birthday wishes! I really feel cared for by Apollo Home Care Services. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs home care services. I have already given them kudos to anyone I talk with about my care!

This agency definitely has enough caregivers to help fulfill your needs. That was the thing that I really like about them, In addition, if you have a compliance, they take care of right away. I’ll particularly like Deidre and Marissa in the office. They call and check on you. They see if there’s anything that they could do to improve your service. Marissa checks up to see if the caregiver needs any additional training or are they following the care plan , And fulfilling your needs This agency does not make you feel that you’re just one of a dozen of their clients they make you feel individually and Special. Had a really bad experience with this agency and would never recommend them. Since day one I had bad vibes when the lady showed up to introduce herself and we didn’t use their services very long but so can honestly say it was nightmare of an agency. They claimed they were experience with dementia and the caregivers also declared he was too and that was untrue. I won’t get into details but I just say look elsewhere for loved one because this agency is not good from experience and communication is horrible! I have found an agency that is a much better fit and honest. They understand the client’s situation and communication in depth how they handle situations that may arise but definitely would never make false accusations. Again I strongly advise not to use this agency.
