"THEY DID NOT LIVE UP TO MY EXPECTATIONS at the Austin office. Awful FLEDGLING agency to work for. Makes frequent threats to field nurses that hold no water. Be smart and know your policies & regulations. Julie Gaut the "Acct Mgr" and several office/ clinical staff frequently threaten to report nurses licenses when they don't get their way. Apparently they have forgotten that sure, they can report whatever they want as often as they like, but if it is not proven or substanciated, it's as dead as a dick in the dirt. Seeing one of my clients go without a day nurse for an extended period of time was extremely saddening to me. Promises to cover clients and sending different nurses from other cities/ towns just to have a warm body to cover a shift and watching them go without a nurse on opposite shifts was very disheartening. In this field, 'Continuity of Care' is very important. Unfortunately that is not what I saw with this agency. If you plan on working for this FLEDGLING agency, be sure to save all documented communication with them - I did. Initially the agency offers many positives at the time of hiring, but once you're on board, they behave as though you have no other option to work with other ESTABLISHED companies/ agencies. I did not hesitate in removing myself from this chaotic mess. In return, although I QUIT, this agency had the audacity to send me a termination letter. 😂😂😂 "Just a word of caution, you will not receive your complete final monies earned. I expected this from this agency and made screenshots of my schedules and times worked from their OWN system. "
