Dedicated Care In-Home Services

Dedicated administration & caregiver staff have been professional & sensitive to our family needs with the care of our parent. This service has also been prompt with request with supplies needed. The program staff have been diligent to notify me of caregiver staff schedule & staff person changes. This consideration allows me to let parent & in home caregiver who is coming into our home. If I have issue with staff level of function the Administrative staff are always responsive & take care of the staff issue immediately. I have full trust with care of my parent with Dedicated Care Program & Staff… Respectfully, Marj Harp

My experience with Dedicated Care is that these guys know what they’re doing. Our Aid has never been late. She is absolutely fantastic with my Mother. Administratively, there is always someone to answer the phone 24 hours a day. I could go on and on but you get the point.

Dedicated Home Care did an amazing job caring for my Father. Their caregivers are reliable, attentive and compassionate. I highly recommend their services.

Tony and his staff are amazing to work with. I have had the pleasure of having Dedicated Care attend our Senior Resource Fair, and they helped educated our seniors on various topics and provided information on their programs and services. All of our seniors rave about how kind and informative every staff member is.

Not sure the owner deleted my comment or not, here is the repost: I was once employed here and due to the owner’s mismanagement they forced me to quit or take a pay cut, that wasn’t my real concern as both the CEO and HR Supervisor humiliated me by lying about why I was penalized to begin with. They came out with open arms and said how I was perfect for this little family only to give me the cold shoulder a couple weeks after. To further humiliate me the CEO said I was easily replaceable with others willing to take the pay cut in a heartbeat. She further advocates that she’s a Christian, I want to further add she wanted to penalize other caregivers because of a complaint that could not be corroborated or proven while even the client who complained said he wasn’t sure and might have been wrong since it’s not the first time he was wrong. The CEO will take the clients words to heart but not her employees as like she stated with me, we are replaceable while acting like a good Christian. I left an extra star only because they do treat their clients well, just not their employees sadly. My final words to them are from the Bible James 4:17 “If anyone, then, knows the good they ought to do and doesn’t do it, it is sin for them.”
