Excellent  customer service with the health team. They are very responsive when days and or times need to be switched.  Thanks to Ms Chima she has made the health aid / health care at Hope a very respectful and reliable company. Both of my clients I love them and they love me. Our job is to meet the needs of the clients. And to respect those who are in charge . When you give respect . RESPECT IS GIVEN back. No Company is 100% it's the people who work that make it's worth. Just do your Job and always remember this could be me needing care .How do I want to be treated? I also commend Good Hope for continous Training  guidelines to better equip us for our clients. Let's change the Narrative  of Negativity and provide the service that our clients  need .
