I have worked for this wonderful company for quite some time now, and I can honestly say it is the best place I have ever been employed. Omega In‑Home Service is more than just a workplace — it’s a family. Ms. Ryan genuinely cares about her employees and her clients in a way that is rare to find. Omega is a great place to work. I had the opportunity to work beside Ms. Leak as she trained me on guidelines in the Home Health Care system for NC and SC. I had an awesome time. Her staff is very professional and attentive to the clients. The owner doesn’t just sit at the desk, she visits the client quarterly and office staff makes weekly calls to make sure service is done right. Omega is a great company!
