Job Title: Caregiver / CNA (Morven & Wadesboro Area)Omega In‑Home Service — Dedicated, Reliable, Compassionate Care About the Position Omega In‑Home Service is actively hiring Caregivers and CNAs to support clients in the Morven and Wadesboro areas. We are expanding our team and have an immediate need for PRN staff, especially those who can step in confidently when needed. What We’re Looking For We are seeking individuals who are: Highly reliable — not quick to call out and committed to showing up consistently Flexible and dependable — able to fill in when needed, sometimes on short notice Weekend‑ready — we are heavy on weekend work, so weekend availability at any time is required Professional and compassionate — able to provide respectful, client‑centered care Team‑oriented — willing to support fellow caregivers when coverage is needed Note: We currently do not have any overnight clients. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Assist with daily living tasks and light housekeeping Offer companionship, emotional support, and safety monitoring Follow individualized care plans and document services accurately Communicate promptly with the office regarding client updates or concerns Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude in every home Requirements CNA certification (for CNA applicants) Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required Reliable transportation to Morven, Wadesboro, and surrounding areas Ability to pass background checks and required screenings Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic Must be available for weekend shifts Must be comfortable working PRN and filling in as needed What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling with PRN opportunities Supportive office staff and responsive communication Positive, team‑focused work environment Opportunities for growth and recognition Service Area This position serves clients in Morven, Wadesboro, and nearby communities.
