Fedelta Home Care

I want to thank Heather at Fidelta Home Care for helping provide my Uncle with coordinating the timely visits he was needing. A special mention for my Uncle’s favorite care giver and one of the nicest people he/we could wish to meet, goes to Salem. She was a bright light on a grey winter day when Uncle needed some positivity and encouragement. Whether it was taking him for a drive, a banana run to Fred Meyer or Dick’s cheeseburgers and shakes, Salem provided help with kindness and understanding. Thank you Salem. ❤️

We have been working with Fedelta Home Care for about a year. Not only has our case manager, Heather, been responsive, willing to meet our individual needs, responsible, and accountable... but she has also been kind. There have been many extraordinary caregivers. We don't mean to leave anyone out, but in particular want to call attention to the capable, consistent and compassionate work of Titus (who has done so much for us in so many ways with wisdom)... Betty (who was so caring and dedicated)... William (who even went on a day-long enrichment trip with my husband)... Sharon, Simon and Muhammud (who stepped in as my husband's medical needs intensified, and made a significant difference in his health), as well as the earlier help of Rose and Lucky. We are also grateful to Leigh as she answered business questions. Our experience with Fedelta has been excellent, from the start.

Heather was very kind and super responsive to my questions, feedback and requests for adjustments. The caregivers assigned for my mom on hospice were gentle, caring and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough about Kennedy’s expertise, knowledge, genuine compassion and work ethic - he always went above and beyond and really knew how to keep a very calm, professional, warm atmosphere. Patrick and Simon were also way above and it was so wonderful to have Patrick care for Mom after he had taken excellent care of my father in 2021. Thank you, thank you, thank you Fedelta.

After shoulder surgery I contacted a NE Seattle organization, NEST, for a home health care service. Fedelta assigned Kadi-Ann who provided home care three hours, twice a week over a three month period while my shoulder healed and until I was able to perform daily tasks on my own. Kadi-Ann is compassionate, even tempered, a smart and hard worker and very pleasant to work with. She helped me with the tasks I could not do with only one arm including, bathing, meal preparation, laundry, light house cleaning and sundry miscellaneous tasks. Fedelta was responsive to my needs and I highly recommend their service.

Heather and her team help our family remain autonomous and get all the help in our home that we need. Both my parents have lost their memory and are at different stages of a long process of needing help. The Fedelta staff help us with medications, meals, laundry, driving to stores, shopping, medical appointments, companionship, haircuts, showers, cooking, cleaning and feeling that we CAN manage staying at home. They also help us work with our Long Term Care Insurance. It's amazing that this can all come from one team. They often do more for us than we expect. We live in another county. During the year we have been with Fedelta, we have not had to leave work early or make any sudden three hour drives to the family home in Seattle because Heather and her team are always there when we need them.
