During our darkest hours this service really felt like a life saver. Ruby was a joy to work with during a really dark time for our family and she really showed us a lot of compassion and patience. Ruby found nurse Rachel for my mother. Rachel could not have been a better fit…it really put us all at ease knowing my mom was in good hands and that we could finally relax. Caretaking for someone with a cognitive disease is not a simple task and I cannot tell you how grateful we felt for having Rachel’s help. She was truly a godsend , such a kind soul with all the patience in the world. This is not an easy job and you really have to have a passion for it, we just felt so blessed and lucky that Ruby found Rachel for my mother and for us. She really felt like family and we are eternally grateful for this service. Words cannot express our gratitude.

I have been extremely satisfied with the level of personalized care provided to my Mother by my Care Partner Mrs. Deborah. She is the perfect fit for our family. She is very attentive to my mother, is very kind & has a very engaging personality. She keeps me informed consistently as to what is going on with my loved one. She is very hardworking & looks for ways to support our family's needs. She keeps my Mother very active, and keeps a daily routine of exercises & engaging activities with her.
