The Home Instead caregiving team has been an absolute lifesaver for my 90+ year old mom. From the very beginning, they exhibited professionalism, compassion, and a genuine commitment to providing the best care possible. Over the last few years, our mom's health care needs have fluctuated, but Home Instead was always able to quickly respond to accommodate our situation and any special requests. Most recently, Home Instead provided top-notch 24/7 care to our mom in the comfort of her home. Her caregiver, Ann Marie went above and beyond! She was so incredibly kind and caring and brought a sense of optimism and goodness to each and every day. Additionally, we want to thank Brenda for her regular nurse visits, ongoing support and determination in finding the right caregiver matches for our mom. We are happy to report that Mom is now thriving in an Assisted Living home at age 96! If you're in need of reliable and compassionate home health care, look no further. I have recently had the pleasure of employing a companion for my 100-year-old mother from Home Instead Westchester. She did not want to go into assisted living facility. She is still very independent, loves her home and wants to remain in it. She can be very stubborn, and even frustrating, to deal with at times. Additionally, she also did not want assistance in her home. This made caring for her challenging for me and my siblings. Life is very busy and as devoted as we are to her, it can be very hard to visit and care for her properly every day. Yet we needed her to be safe and healthy while respecting her independence. Then, upon a recommendation, we reached out to Home Instead Westchester. We were looking for companionship, help in the home and most importantly - to make sure she was eating properly. The team at Home Instead Westchester were very accommodating and made sure we had a good match for the requirements we needed of the caregiver. They spent the time to understand her situation, and ours as her family, to provide a good fit for my mother. The companion we now have in place is lovely. She is very soft spoken and has a nice manner with Mom. My mother enjoys the aide being there (which I wasn’t sure could be possible). Mom is now eating more, socializing with the companion, happier and we have the peace of mind knowing she is well cared for. I would highly recommend Home Instead Westchester. Elders need the familiarity of their surroundings when they have cognitive and memory issues. Home Instead allows my mom to be happy and safe in her home. This is a true blessing for her as well as her family that loves her.

The staff has been phenomenal. I live in PA and I have the utmost reliability with the staff to ensure my mother’s care is covered at all times. Ms Keitha is going on her third year as caregiver to my 87 year old Mother. Keitha is professional, exceptional care giving skills tested and proven, and is always reliable. I have only wonderful things to say about Home Instead and the specific care giver that has been taking care of my 90 year old mom for the past two years. She has improved my mom's quality of life, her health is better and she and Mom have come to love one another.. She is knowledgeable, attentive, compassionate and caring at all times. Having her, has allowed Mom to stay in her home until she chooses yo leave. I am eternally grateful for this fabulous care giver who we all feel has become an integral part of our family

Homestead is a phenomenal place. They meet all the expectations to set up your family member with a companion. The Staff is extremely friendly. Their response time is very fast in finding help. I would recommend Homestead to everyone around town.
