Non-nurses will not be considered. ✨ What You’ll Do Conduct new client admissions and case openings Ensure all services comply with NYSDOH and LHCSA regulations Oversee and maintain accurate clinical documentation and quarterly reviews Provide supervision, coaching, and support to Home Health Aides (HHAs) Lead staff education and in-service training programs ✅ What We’re Looking For Active New York State RN License Minimum 2 years of home care experience Strong knowledge of LHCSA regulations and NYSDOH standards Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently Excellent communication and leadership skills Job Type: Part-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Schedule: Choose your own hours Day shift
