Oc Hospice

OC Hospice employees are truly angels here on earth. I can't begin to describe the compassion, comfort and education they provided as my father was transitioning and living out his final weeks here. They truly treated him (and my siblings) like family members. They were well coordinated and available 24/7 for questions -- and believe me, we had ALOT! Special thanks to Lyn (owner), Nicole, Sarah, Lu and Alex. I will never forget you all and your kindness and care towards our family and especially, my dad.

OC Hospice has been absolutely fantastic. From Sarah the evening on-call nurse who sat with us and our mother as she passed on, to Nicole the visiting day nurse who came weekly for 8 months and was helpful and kind. All the bath aids were gentle and experienced. Our mother could get a healthy case of "the crabbies" and not be polite with her words, but they were all pro's who knew how to manage her and how care for her on her good or bad days. Can't recommend OC Hospice enough. Truly.

Jimmy Briones is the best of the best! He was my father's bath man for many months. He always came with a smile and encouraging words dad looked forward to their conversation and funny stories they told each other. Dad once told me Jimmy was like a bother he never had and he really enjoyed his company. We will never forget Jimmy and will slways be forever grateful for the care you showed our family. I am so appreciative of the OC Hospice Team. When the hospital advised me to put my mom on hospice care, I felt that the team that the hospital recommended did not care about me or her. I felt pushed and railroaded. The OC Hospice team was recommended to me and when I contacted them, they came in and took care of ALL the details. I did not have to worry about anything. I was able to focus on my mother’s last days. My first holiday season without my mom has been tough. The OC Hospice team has not forgotten me and stays in touch with me. They care not only about servicing my mother they care about servicing me. When everyone else has moved on with their lives OC Hospice remembers me. Thank you.

Its going to be 4 months since my mother has passed and have had a chance to post my review. I just want to say if it was not for OC Hospice I would have not been able to care for her. They were so awesome with all there help and support and I thank them so much for all the help. I highly recommend them to anyone and if I had to choose them again I would. I had a wonderful team for my mother and there are not enough words to express what they did for me and my family. Thank you OC Hospice.
