"I have lived across the street for a year. I have witnessed staff verbally abusing residents, being neglectful and causing more distress to residents when they are in crisis. I have witnessed staff deny medical care when a resident request help. He literally said he was SUICIDAL and wanted to go to the hospital. "

"I have lived next to this group home for 8 years now and repeatedly witness and report abuse, neglect, and unsanitary living conditions. The premises is always in disrepair, with constant building code violations, the outdoor recreation area in the back yard is continually littered with trash and broken furniture. Clients are constantly upset to the point where 911, police & EMS are called on a regular basis. High staff turn over and with many who yell, or curse at residents. At least one patient at this residence has covid-19, neither staff nor residents wearing PPE. Multiple deaths have occurred in this residence in the time I have lived next door. Residents are NOT integrated into the community but often found running down the street in protest and denied access to psychological/health care by staff. Disabled people deserve better than companies who will cash their SSI checks but not provide them basic human rights"
