Job Requirements:
- Must be willing to work in Brooklyn and surrounding areas
- Must have valid NYS Personal Care Aide (PCA) or NYS Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification
- Availability to work 12hr shifts, 8am-8pm
- Experience with bedbound care, mobility assistance, transfers, and Hoyer lifts preferred
- Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty

Job Responsibilities:
- Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
- Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
- Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
- Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
