We have both COME & GO and LIVE-IN assignments. At Norwood Seniors Network, you will build relationships, improve the quality of life and serve the elderly in need of love and care. We are looking for caregivers who: Have at least 1 year of elderly caregiving experience (or a job similar goals and responsibilities), Are compassionate, social, trustworthy and service-minded. Experience in light housekeeping and caring for others is a bonus! Are self-motivated and willing to learn through experience, and can receive feedback. Responsibilities: Your goal is to help our clients enjoy life by helping them perform their simple daily functions; personal care, meal prep, light exercise, transportation, companionship and light housekeeping. Experience working with clients with Dementia or Alzheimer's is a plus! Requirements: High School diploma or GED, 1 YEAR of caregiving experience, ability to read/speak/write English, successfully pass employment background checks, reference checks, drug-screening and must show proof of employment eligibility in the United States (sponsorship is not available). Must have reliable transportation, valid IL driver's license OR state ID. For training purposes, must possess basic proficiency on computer. ****** We are looking for caregivers who drive ****** COVID-19 vaccine required for employment due to client requests.
