Compassionate Caregiver Needed in Clermont, GA!
Are you a mature, caring individual with a passion for helping others? We’re looking for someone special to join our team and provide Personal Care to clients in their homes. This position offers a fulfilling way to make a difference in someone’s life while working in a supportive environment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (flexible with adjusting schedule)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly companionship and assistance with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
- Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, and running errands.
- Offer personal care services including bathing, dressing, mobility support, incontinence care, and feeding.
- Follow the Plan of Care, document care accurately, and monitor vital signs as directed, reporting to the supervising nurse.
- Ensure confidentiality and prioritize safety on the job.
What We're Looking For:
- Some experience in Personal Care.
- A strong work ethic and dedication to being a supportive team member.
- A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of our clients.
- Satisfactory references and the ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to work in Home Care.
- Need to have a CPR/First Aid certification and a recent TB screening (These can be completed before orientation).
- Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and the ability to travel up to 15-25 miles (30-45 minutes).
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
