Direct Care Facilitador

Progressive Community and Vocational Services is an adult day program that assists individuals with developmental disabilities (such as Autism, Schizophrenia, Down Syndrome, etc.,). We assist them with vocational and recreational activities and daily life skills. Our program hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. As a direct care facilitator , you would be responsible for supervising and implementing individual’s objectives and behavior support plans, assist individuals with personal hygiene, report and document all incidents, and redirect behaviors. You will receive training on these tasks and a variety of other topics that will help you perform your job
