RN Job Posting Job Details Salary $40/hr Job Type Full-time (minimum 40+ hours weekly) Available Shifts Daytime, Weekends Education ● Graduated from an accredited school of nursing ● California RN license Qualifications ● Registered Nurse ● 1 year nursing experience required ● 1 year hospice experience preferred ● Must be comfortable accessing EMRs for patient documentation ● Fluent in English, additional languages are a bonus Benefits ● Competitive compensation ● Retirement ● Full-time nurses eligible to enroll in Health/Dental/Vision insurance benefits, business IRA with matching contribution ● Full-time staff will accrue Paid Time Off, and offered 3 sick days annually Job Description ● RN is a member of the interdisciplinary team with the expertise to identify physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of the patient and family ● Must complete on-site initial, comprehensive, and ongoing assessments for the patient to determine needs ● Able to assess and reassess to develop a personalized plan of care ● Able to effectively communicate with members of the hospice team including hospice physician, hospice aide, licensed vocational nurse, and other administrators ● Must carry out nursing skills and procedures as needed, following physician’s orders ● Must have a valid CA driver’s license, reliable mode of transportation ● Must follow policies and procedures of hospice, while maintaining patient confidentiality and safeguarding of patient-related information with HIPAA regulations ● COVID-19 vaccination preferred; otherwise biweekly testing required per CDPH guidelines About Us Oasis Haven Hospice is an established provider for end-of-life care in the Orange County community.
