Own an Adult Foster Home/Live In Resident Manager Caregiver (Eugene)

Seeking Live In Resident Manager/Caregiver and possibility to take over/own Adult Foster Home Great income and opportunity to own a business. Level 2 Adult Foster Home taking care of up to 5 residents. Caregiver quarters are a large bedroom with private full bathroom separate from resident rooms. POSITION DETAILS -Live in and work 4-5 days a week-typically night time care is not needed, caregiver sleeps. -Includes rent, food, internet, utilities, etc -Mask is not required for live in caregiver -2 years experience in medical field or caregiving required for level 2 homes -Experience in care home setting is preferred but not required -Pass Ensuring Quality Care class and complete Background check through SDS (provider can assist) -Good written/verbal communication skills -Medication administration and record keeping -Plan weekly grocery list and cook meals -Housekeeping/laundry -Assistance with ADL’s for up to 5 residents -non-smoking Pay is based on a monthly salary that will be determined depending on experience.
