Full Time/Part Time Qualifications: Have experience or knowledge to care for Client with Traumatic Brain Injury or Dementia Must pass background check Must have valid drivers' license and insurance Prior home care experience a plus Access to email and a mobile smart device Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care 18 years or older Legally authorized to work in the United States Reliable transportation to and from work Passion for helping others Responsibilities (will vary by client): Care for Client with Traumatic Brain Injury or Dementia Light housekeeping Meal preparation, Nutrition and clean up Transportation Companionship Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, changing adult depends- Incontinence) Follow plan of care Communicate professionally with families and your team Other duties as assigned
