Caregiver Job Description
Caregiver Cards Home Care LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Part-Time Caregiver to provide quality In-Home support to clients. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive and committed to enhancing the quality of life for seniors.
Responsibilities : assist with (ADLs) including dressing, toileting, provide companionship, prepare light meals, light housekeeping related to the client, medication reminders, errands, transportation as needed, maintain accurate documentation, follow care plan, communicate effectively with clients, family and agency.
Qualifications : Minimum 1 year caregiver experience, ability to pass background, drug test, valid DL, reliable transportation, ability to complete required health assessment, have a smart phone for communication, strong work ethic, professional demeanor, compassionate, patient and dependable. CNA certificate is a plus but not required.
