Sweet Golden Years Home Health Care has several openings for caregivers looking to make a lasting impact on quality-of-life for seniors and adults in the greater Pittsburgh area (including Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Washington, and Westmoreland counties).
We are actively looking for compassionate caregivers to care for our clients in a professional and respectful manner. If you have experience in home health care, or having cared for family or loved ones who are ill, injured, disabled or elderly for at least sixth months, one of our home health care positions might be for you!
The ideal candidate will be competent, patient, and friendly with excellent communication skills. Compassion and a service-oriented mind are a must! Tasks vary from client to client, but most often consist of cooking, light cleaning, laundry, and bathing/hygiene assistance. Shifts and placement are determined by location, striving to keep caregivers within a 15-mile commute of their assignment.

- Apollo
- Beaver County
- Brackenridge
- New Kensington
- North Huntingdon
- Pittsburgh
o (Forest Hills area)
o (Old Deutschtown area)
- Verona
Qualifications:
1. Must have at least 6 months direct caregiving experience of a senior or adult.
2. Must have valid driver’s license, transportation, and auto insurance.
3. Must complete two-step TB Test (or show proof of completion) by date of hire.
4. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
5. Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check Clearance
6. Must be able to provide proof of Pennsylvania residency
7. Current CPR certification a plus
Applicants must be able to provide two references from a previous employer or coworker. References from friends and relatives are not accepted.
