Looking for Caregiver

We are looking for a competent Caregiver to care for our residents in a professional manner throughout the day. And, it very satisfying and rewarding, taking care of the elderly. The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients. The Caregiver's responsibilities include: Helping residents take prescription medication Assisting residents with ambulation and mobility Assisting residents with personal care and hygiene Prepare residents for mealtime Perform light housekeeping duties Be a pleasant and supportive companion Report any unusual incidents Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Requirements and skills: Experience as a caregiver is a plus, but not necessary. Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR) is required prior to accepting position Knowledge of housekeeping, activities, and attention to dietary constraints Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards Respectful and compassionate Good time management skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong ethics Physical endurance High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
