Caregiver at an elderly carehome

Provide supervision and/or assistance to residents based on needs e.g., assistance with activities of daily living, supervision of daily medicine and encourage residents to participate in activities. Help residents with visual or auditory deficiencies. Perform cooking, house cleaning, laundering. Have the personal characteristics, physical energy and competence to provide care and supervision. Be able to communicate with the administrator regarding changes in any of the resident's medical, social, physical and functional status. Be able to work with residents and residents' families. Be able to document well including medicine log, water temperature among others. Shall be able and willing to monitor any resident in case of emergency or unusual situation like fall, fever, sleepless nights among others.
