Eucalyptus Home Care is dedicated to providing compassionate, non-medical home care services to seniors in North County San Diego. We are seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join our team of professional caregivers. Responsibilities:
Provide non-medical assistance to seniors in their homes, including personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation.
Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Engage clients in meaningful activities and conversations to promote mental and emotional well-being.
Monitor and report changes in clients’ health, behavior, and needs to supervisors.
Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for clients.
Follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals and family members.
Build positive, respectful relationships with clients and their families.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients as needed.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong desire to help others.
Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
