Part Time HCA for Day shift

Looking for a caregivers who wants to do part time OR full time that have transfer, hoyer lift and hospice experience. As a Home Care Aide (caregiver) at Momentra Care, we ensure support you to the best of our ability so you can do what you do best- take care of your client! As part of our team, you will be in charge of: Duties: - Provide direct care and support to client - Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration - Implement behavior support plans and strategies to promote positive behaviors and independence - Support individuals in developing and maintaining social skills and relationships - Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times - Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and individual progress Experience: - Previous experience working with seniors is required - Knowledge of older adult disorders and behavior management techniques - Familiarity with systems of care for individuals with special needs - Ability to follow individualized care plans and adapt interventions as needed - Understanding of senior rights and the importance of promoting independence and self-determination -Previous CNA experience is required (However you will not be in required to do CNA tasks, Paid at a higher rate) Requirements: - Must be currently registered with the CA Home Care Services Bureau/Home Care Aide Registry - TB clearance ninety (90) days prior to employment of seven (7) days after -Must be able to work overnights as well as weekends when needed Preferred but not Required: -Candidates that are able to speak other languages including English Example: Spanish Tagalog and Mandarin -Candidates that are Veterans or have assisted Veterans before are welcome to apply as well If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults and have the necessary experience and qualifications, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position.
