We’re hiring Caregivers to provide in-home support to clients throughout Lebanon County. This role helps individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Important to Know Before Applying:
This is an active, hands-on caregiving role. It includes personal care and household support and is not a companion-only position. If you are comfortable helping others with daily care and have reliable transportation, this may be a good fit.
Job Requirements:
- Must be willing to work in Berks County
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles to client locations

Job Responsibilities:

- Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Mobility assistance and medication reminders
- Meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping
- Transportation (as requested/approved)

- Promotes client quality of life through:
- Safety, hygiene, and healthy living
- Social connection and mental well-being
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Proactively identifies and escalates unsafe or emergency situations
