Description:
The Care Associate performs various personal care services for the resident to meet the resident's personal needs. The Care Associate is responsible for observing the residents, and documenting these observations and care performed.
Specific responsibilities:
*follows the required daily activities schedule and leads in one activity daily as designated by the LifeStyle Director/designee *Perform personal care needs outlined in service plan, including but not limited to: baths, oral hygiene, hair, nail and skin care, assist in dressing, and attend to the resident's and family requests promptly *Meet safety needs of resident and using equipment safely and properly *keep resident's living areas clean and orderly *Dining services to include taking orders, serving food, cleaning and maintaining dining area *Complete documentation *Participate in all mandatory staff in-services, meeting or education
Qualifications:
*High School Diploma or GED required *Ability to work with others as an effective team builder and team player *Subject to criminal background check and drug screen
