Companions, an Homemaker's Duties include: •Work on agency Supervisor's instructions •Accompany clients to doctors' appointments •Assist with daily living activities: Eating, Bathing, Grooming. Dressing, Transferring, Continence. •Instrumental activities of daily living: Managing money, Telephoning, Preparing meals, Laundry, House work, Out-side home. •Following the Plan of Care. •Periodic monitor of vitals.
